Luther Brothers, to expect anything like real justice being done to what may be rightly termed the most colossal enterprise of the kind on the face of the earth. That this firm has done more to bring the wares in its own special class widely before the world than any other, cannot be questioned by any one making the slightest inquiries in relation to the mailer. Let anyone contemplate where twenty millions of separate and distinct pieces of jewelry went to last year, and he will then find scope for his imagination; that means seventy thousand pieces for every lawful day, and in view of the enormous competition going on, both in the United States and foreign countries, speaks volumes for the enterprise of this firm. These general remarks are necessary because thev are true; they are necessary because this firm is tho largest manufacturer of Electro-Plated Fine Gilt and Prize Package Jewelry in the world, and are only called forth from a sense of their justice to a firm which has done so much to kcop one single branch of our manufactures before the world, and done so much to reduce hand labor to a minimum, and in the production of their goods, found adequate and profitable employment for so many persons in carrying out the entire details of their business; and this has all been within the short space of about ten years. The works of Messrs. Luther Brothers are located at the corner of Oxford and Harrieti streets, the factory buildings in use covering an area of about 5,000 square feet.
